She has received training in several renowned institutions, including Chang Gang Memorial Hospital in Taipei, E-da Hospital in Kaoshiung, and Seoul National University Hospital in Korea. Dr. Chow has developed expertise in various areas within hand surgery. Her sub-specialty interests include wrist arthroscopy, small joint arthroscopy, microsurgical reconstruction, and congenital upper limb differences. These areas of focus reflect her dedication to treating conditions and injuries related to the hand and wrist. Dr. Chow is actively involved in both local and international hand meetings, where she shares her knowledge and experience. She has been invited as a speaker in various meetings, including the APFSSH (Asia Pacific Federation of Societies for Surgery of the Hand) meeting in 2023. Her participation in these meetings allows her to contribute to the advancement of hand surgery and collaborate with experts in the field. Furthermore, Dr. Chow has been invited to serve as course instructors in different local and overseas cadaveric wrist arthroscopy workshops. Notably, she has been involved in organizing the Hong Kong International Wrist Arthroscopy Workshop and the IRCAD-Taiwan Wrist Arthroscopy Course. Dr. Chow has also made significant contributions to the field through her publications. She has authored numerous book chapters and peer-reviewed articles on hand and wrist surgery. Her publications serve to disseminate knowledge, share best practices, and contribute to the overall body of research in the field.
