I currently serve as the Deputy Director of the Department of Orthopaedics and the Department of Education at Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital, Buddhist Tzu Chi Medical Foundation. I am also an Associate Professor at the Graduate Institute of Clinical Pharmacy and the School of Medicine at Tzu Chi University. I have learned my wrist arthroscopy technique from Master Juei-Tien Shih and performed about 50 cases. In terms of academic research, I have published 6 SCI journal articles related to wrist surgery and hand disease.
