Jirachart Kraisarin
Dr. Jirachart Kraisarin completed his medical studies at Chiang Mai University in 1996, followed by a residency in orthopedics at the Department of Orthopaedics, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University from 1997 to 2001. After working as a general orthopedist in a tertiary center for three years, he returned to Chiang Mai University as an instructor in 2004. Dr. Kraisarin furthered his expertise by serving as a research fellow at the Biomechanics Lab within the Department of Orthopaedics at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN from May 2006 to December 2007, collaborating with renowned professors Kai Nan-An, Richard A. Berger, and Alexander Y. Shin. His research interests include hand and wrist fractures, wrist biomechanics, carpal instability, and wrist arthroscopy. Currently, Dr. Kraisarin holds the position of Associate Professor in Orthopaedics at the Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University.
