He serves as a faculty in Kasturba Medical college, Manipal at Manipal academy of Higher education which is the topmost private university of India. His main clinical expertise in Hand surgery is Wrist related pathologies, Wrist arthroscopy, Congenital hand differences, upper limb sports medicine and elbow pathologies. He has a passion for research and has 106 International and national publications, and has guided 35 MS postgraduate theses, 4 MCh thesis and 7 PhD theses. He has authored 1 book and co-authored one book.
