To explore the clinical efficacy of wrist arthroscopy-assisted reduction of transscaphoid perilunate dorsal dislocation and robot-guided percutaneous internal fixation of the scaphoid
From November 2019 to July 2023, 11 patients with transscaphoid perilunate dorsal dislocation were treated in our department using wrist arthroscopy-assisted reduction and percutaneous cannulated compression screws for internal fixation of the scaphoid under robot navigation. Pins were used to percutaneously fix the lunate and triquetral bones. After the operation, the functional position was fixed with a brace, and X-rays and wrist CT were taken regularly to observe the fracture healing.
All 11 patients were followed up for 8 to 20 months, with an average of 13.5 months. The scaphoid was healed in all 11 patients, and there was no lunate osteonecrosis or scapholunate and lunotriquetral separation. According to the modified Mayo wrist joint scoring standard, 10 cases were excellent and 1 case was good.
Wrist arthroscopy combined with robotic navigation is a recommended treatment method for the treatment of transscaphoid perilunate dorsal dislocation with accurate reduction, satisfactory screw position, and reliable efficacy.
