Arthroscopic-Assisted Management for Wrist Fracture

Wrist fractures are common injuries in Taiwan. Most due to traffic accident and falling down accident. We had used the arthroscopy to evaluated and reduce the fragments for joint congruency. We presentation out experiences about reduction, soft tissue treatment, synovitis, release the adhesion and corrective osteotomy for distal radius and scaphoid. We also used 3D computer printer to corrective the malunion and even malunion of scaphoid bone.
